When will End to End Promo stretches will begin?

How many stretches are included in the End to End Promo?
8 pre stretches (recommendation: 2 stretches weekly)
Are Middle to End participants also included in the Promo?
Yes
What type of stretches will we focus on to prepare for End to End?
A combination of isometric, relaxed, dynamic and static stretching techniques for daily success. Participants will enjoy full body stretch for optimal performance
Let's stretch and alleviate all pain, strain, soreness!! Let's enjoy taking care of our muscles prior to the end to end experience!
30 minute stretch out session includes:
+ Hands on guidance and assistance to prepare for lengthy walk
+ Clear direction to perfect posture
+ Gentle adjustments to support alignment
+ Full body movement to prevent stiffness, soreness, tightness
+ Improve mobility, flexibility, agility
+ INNER STRENGTH
+ OUTER STRENGTH
All 8 sessions are to be completed prior to End of End experience to prepare and prepare well.
